- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have never felt the need to write a review until now. I went to these dry cleaners to see if they could repair a dress and to dry clean a blazer.
For the dress, the woman (who was extremely rude), said that she did not want to repair the dress broken zipper and that if she chose to take on the job she would charge be $150! Thats nearly double the price of the dress!! She wanted me to convince her to repair the dress aka convince her to rip me off.
I declined the repair of the dress and despite my better judgement I asked for my blazer to be dry cleaned. It was a Friday and she said it would be ready on Monday. I came in Tuesday morning, and she gave me a still dirty blazer. I pointed out the stains that were remaining, and after giving me much attitude she said she would send it back and that I could pick it up the next day. I came back twice the next day and it still was not there. She did not apologise, in fact, she blamed me for everything, telling me it was my fault for requesting that it be sent back (IT WAS STILL DIRTY). She was one of the worst people i have ever met, and it took six days to get a poorly dry cleaned blazer back. GO TO ANOTHER DRY CLEANERS! I will never be back and I urge you to never go there especially if you care at all about your clothes.By Mark_X, May 31, 2017
